1. Cut-off Time for Slip SPIKPA
Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday) Cut-off Time Slip Ready
10.00 am 10.30 am
2.00 pm 2.30 pm
5.30 pm 6.00 pm

Example:

1) If you buy the policies on Fri 9am, you can download slip SPIKPA at 10.30am.

2) If you buy the policies on Fri 7pm, you can download slip SPIKPA on Mon 10.30am.

2. Cut-off Time for Slip IG Stamping
Monday To Friday (exclude Holiday) Cut-off Time Slip Ready
Today Next Day 2.00 pm

Example:

1) If you buy the policies on Thurs, you can download IG Stamping on Fri 2pm.

2) If you buy the policies on Fri/Sat/Sun, you can download IG Stamping on Mon 2pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

SKHPPA is the foreign worker insurance policy. SPIKPA is the slip pengesahan KKM to verify employers already bought the SKHPPA.

Insurance companies will send data to KKM and we need to wait KKM update. Please refer to the cut-off time in the above section.

Every IG purchased need to be sent to LHDN online to make official stamp. So, they will return the stamping receipt as official record.
